Our Beliefs

WHAT THE REFORMED CHURCH IN AMERICA BELIEVES ...

All of the books which have been written explaining our theology
can be summed up by using three "G's" and three "S's"

We are GUILTY of SIN against God

By GRACE^* we have been SAVED by God, therefore ...

In GRATITUDE we SERVE our God.

The order of those statements is very significant, and marks a distinction between the Reformed Church and some others:  We DO NOT serve in order to be saved from our sins, but rather in gratitude for having been saved through God's generous gift of Jesus Christ and our acceptance of that gift.
